Our Story

Silverwind Farm ...... silvery grasses brushed by the wind, kissed by the sun and fed (nourished) by the rain.  Set in a in a beautiful part of upstate New York just three hours from Manhattan and Philadelphia but a world away, our farm is 340 acres with rolling pastures, verdant woodlands and babbling creeks. 

Here a small family is living their dream and getting back to their roots  and family heritage of farming and providing nourishing and healthy meat for their family and community.  

In 2025 we opened our little red farm store offering our meats and meal kits to compliment our meats and provide quick easy meal planning.  In addition we have maple syrup, honey and other New York foods
